ISPS in Pointe Noire increases, affects shipments to Matadi too

Transshipment units affected too.
Due to the increased inspection security fees imposed at Congo terminal, Pointe Noire (CGPNR), transhipment units to Matadi (CDMAT) will be affected by this increase as well.
The ISPD surcharge quantum for CDMAT will be adjusted from USD9/container to USD20/container with effect from 1st May 2016.
