PIL introduces a Terminal Handling Charge (THC) quantum

PIL advised that with the deterioration of ocean freight rates as well as the increase in the operating cost, PIL is taking an independent action to introduce a Terminal Handling Charge (THC) quantum for all cargo discharged and loaded out of the following ports:

– Cotonou, Benin effective 11.08.2016
– Lome, Togo effective 11.08.2016
– Tema & Takoradi, Ghana effective 21.07.2016
