Grimaldi Service to & from Mexico and US East Coast & Gulf

Grimaldi now connects Antwerp and Veracruz with 1-3 direct sailings per month for breakbulk and RoRo cargo. In addition we offer two direct sailings per month from Salerno to Jacksonville, Houston, Galveston and Savannah. Same can be offered from Antwerp with transshipment in Salerno. Containers are accepted in combination with breakbulk cargo.

GRANDE HALIFAX DELIVERY - During a short ceremony held at the Chinese shipyards of Jinling in Nanjing, the Pure Car & Truck Carrier Grande Halifax was delivered to the Grimaldi Group. It is the last of a series of three sister units, ordered by the Neapolitan group to the Jinling shipyards. From an environmental point of view, the Grande Halifax is a highly performing ship. She is fitted with an electronically-controlled (Man Diesel & Turbo) main engine that allows to comply with the new regulations for reducing NOx emissions, while the installed scrubber reduces sulfur oxide (SOx) emissions. Moreover, she is equipped with a ballast water treatment unit which will allow her to meet the future international regulations. The Grande Halifax will be deployed on the Mediterranean-North America weekly service operated by the Group, joining her sister vessels Grande Baltimora and Grande New York.
